I deal with Aikido, about ten years. I have gained many things from this.
Through the techniques I learned and continue to learn, I managed to improve my body's attitude as well as my balance. It also helped me better control my movements and limit, to a great extent,
spasticity. On the part of behavior, it has helped me to be more disciplined, to control anger explosions and to limit them as much as I can. Finally, I would like to continue learning things
through Aikido and constantly evolving my techniques.
